Safe Arrivals

Mr B arrived safely back from South Africa today, and Grandma arriveD safely from the UK. And there was much rejoicing! And a few days ago little baby M arrived to cousin Claire. And there was also much rejoicing!!

Don't have any photos of the above, so here are some from Kitty's assembly last friday. Her class were presenting stories and  'story songs'.

First 'Owl Babies"
Oh Soldier, Soldier, will you marry me, with your musket, fife and drum?
Oh no sweet maid, I cannot marry you for I have no coat to put on.

Then mend it dear Henry, MEND IT!
For this last one, Emma acted Eliza and all the girls sang Eliza's bit, with much rolling of eyes and gesticulations of frustrations with Men in general. It was hilarious.

  1. Gosh those last two photos really take me back to primary school. Is the teacher English by any chance?

  2. Certainly is. From Manchester no less!

  3. glad news of M's arrival has reached you. Photo will follow eventually but technical limitations of both grandparents prevent it at the momnent
    love gaf

  4. Well done for catching Kitty's expression. Priceless.
