Remember Esmerelda? Kitty's imaginary mouse friend she's had since about 18months?
She doesn't come out to play nearly as often now, but when she does she is always accompanied by the other mice: Bella, Polly, Molly and Jolly, and Adela. I think they are all cousins. Today I discovered that they have their own personal creation mythology. Apparently God used the earth as a giant chopping board a long time ago and the valleys we have now are the score marks left by the knife.
Hanging out with a 6 year old is very educational.
